We just had the best experience we have ever had at a Subway restaurant. The speed and the care put into making our sandwiches by the guy attending the store today, Sunday 1/17 at 12:20PM, was amazing! What an experience! He made watching him prepare the food pretty entertaining, the efficiency and high quality with which he performed his job was of higher quality restaurants, and completely unexpected. Great, great employee! Which resulted in a pleasant experience and some delicious sandwiches too!!!

I waited two hours and all I got was this yucky yellow lettuce with a lump of tuna underneath it and all the fixings we're missing as described on the menu. Which cost me $10 for that salad and they are literally located right across the street from me!!
The meatball sub with like another $11 it was supposed to have double meatballs and double cheese... and again it's missing the black olives

I love Subway in general, but this location is pretty poor. Today made two weeks in a row they were out of meatballs, so last week I tried a chicken sub that was supposed to be hot. Since they didn't heat the chicken, it was cold, which just did not cut it. When you are in the mood for hot meatballs, cold cuts just won't do. The service people are nice enough, but all of them are teenagers who just don't have the experience or training to handle anything that goes wrong. Last week the girl behind the counter was complaining about what the previous shift didn't do, but she didn't actually fix anything, just complained loud enough for me as a customer to hear. This week I didn't stay because there is no point paying for something I don't really want.

It's a quiet environment. The time I got there (5-6) it was empty. I sat and ate with my family and we had no problems with it. The two employees from that day(guy and a girl) were both customer friendly and didn't hesitate to make the customer feel comfortable. This store sticks out more than the store in Aurora and in Denver. I liked it

This was bar far the worst subway I have been to I go weekly to subway and this one didn't have alot of items normal subways have light mayo, ranch and more.. The worst part is the sandwich was horribleit tasted old. Bread was stale veggies were soggy not okay you guys need to fix this asap!

No veggie patties. New kid working on a Saturday morning all by himself. He was friendly and wonderful, but brand new, he needed help. Shame on the manager/owner. And the closers did not clean the tables or floors last night, food and crumbs all over. Will not be coming back.

There was the thickest frost over all the vegetable containers like the unit was way too cold, looked really unappetizing. No one was washing hands coming from the back to the front or from the register to the food. I asked for light sauce and the girl slopped four entire passes of sauce before I stopped her and said I wanted light. The kid ringing me up had his air pods in his ears, I don't think this is compliant with food safety, kept thinking what if they fall out into the food. The store looks really run down and in need of help.

Ordered a footling on Italian with double meat. Didn't get double meat even though the manager saw the taciturn, and inept worker had made a mistake. She made a disapproving face and said nothing, so I assumed they just used too little meat to begin with. Also the bread was as hard as a rock, which was completely obvious to the touch.
This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. I certainly won't be back. What a terribly incompetent mess of a restaurant. I regret ever going here, and wish I had the option to put zero stars.
