The owner should hired more employees not

Yasssss. My coffee was banging, but most importantly the customer service was everything. When i say those two young ladies were amazing. I will definitely be going back!

Came here for a post-yoga class coffee on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t busy at all. I got a large fat-free cappuccino. The drink was exactly what I was craving. The service was fast and friendly. I paid using Apple Pay which is super quick and convenient. This location is also a Baskin Robbins and sells ice cream cakes, which is good to know for future celebrations.

Don’t judge me, but it’s hard for me to be near a Dunkin’ and NOT a little something. lol staff are as predictable as the donuts. Moody and clearly daydreaming with glossy eyes, of being anywhere but there. I give ‘em each a buck anyway. I’m happy with my donut. Try to brighten their day. Try to jump start the happy pay it forward vibe. Happy, hopeful and satisfied begets happy, hopeful and satisfied; which hopefully/eventually will = more $$ in the kitty at the end of the day.

Slowest place on the face of the Earth. If you even remotely time conscious in the morning, skip this place. Cant even work the register.

Annette is amazing! Best person they have! Always happy, greets each customer by name and works fast and accurately! The line can be long sometimes but she tries her best to speed it up.
I think she just needs some better trained people around under her.

Very rude disrespectful employee. I am a daily customer and enjoy most of the staff most of the time. But this morning 5/4/18 I went in to get my usual along with my daughter to get her daily breakfast and one of the female employees which usually works the evening shift was disrespectful to my thirteen year old daughter giving her nasty looks and called her American b****. She continued to call several customers by the B word as well saying their order was nasty. An elderly lady ordered a croissant with butter and jelly and she stated nasty B order nasty food. I will not be returning back to that location
