I've been going this Dunkin' Donuts for a while. After the renovation, I started to appreciate it more. Went there today, service was a little slower this time, but still great.

Yay! They finally re-opened!!!
The difference is night and day. When I first went to this Dunkin’ over a year ago, I thought it was abandoned!!! Now the place is super bright and inviting.
Unfortunately, I didn’t see any of the old staff. I hope they come back. But I get it, you can’t wait 3 weeks for your job to open up in NYC. I don’t know if Dunkin’ has benefits. There was a new girl being trained, took a little while to her my coffee, but she got it in the end.

I couldn't tell if this place was open or closed because the windows looked bad and it also looked dark inside. However the service was good.

They make great coffee located in the heart of Coney Island, and inside a train station. Usually not a long wait and the staff are friendly.

The coffee was great, made quickly and I would buy it again. Just don't expect friendly service as that does not seem to exist.

This particular dunkin' donuts location is my favorite. They always make my lattes just the way I like it. The food is always fresh and hot. The customer service is great and I give them five stars.

I normally have no trouble with the customer service or the atmosphere.
In the summer time they are very busy, and operate fairly quickly with the orders. This location is reliable and decent. I enjoy their beverages on occasion.

The guys during that shift were super polite and courteous. It always feels good to get a "have a good day" when you recieve your food, despite how busy it is.
