This place is amazing. I remember them located across the street or it might be something else. The space is big and opens late. The food is delicious especially the chicken wings. Food is good. Too bad we ate beforehand but we end up order for half of the table and the ramen is amazing. Great flavor and well made. Service is great. Food came pretty quickly and we appreciate they are understanding that some of us ate beforehand.

Went for a causal weeknight dinner to catch up with a friend. Even though we had to share a table the atmosphere was great. The ramen broth was creamy and toppings were delicious. I had the sesame garlic ramen and my friend had the kimchi ramen. Would recommend both!

Tasty, friendly, smallish menu. They have several ramens and you can choose your add-ons a-la-carte. Yummy crispy chicken wings, tots are fun.

Pretty good Ramen place with limited but yet very tasty selection. The place doesn't take reservations and operates on a first come - first serve basis . So get ready to stay in line. My personal recommendations are Brussel sprouts and Miso Ramen. The sesame is good, too.

Amazing broth, thick and flavorful. I got the kimchi ramen and I’d highly recommend it :) Brussels sprouts were delicious too. They will sit you when your party is there, or they can put you on a waitlist (your full party might need to also be there). Came on a Tuesday night at 7:40pm and was seated within 10min. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Without diving into an anecdotal backstory, let me just say we've been waiting for about 9 months to have a meal at Chuko and it was worth the wait. When we arrived we were promptly seated at the bar and served our drinks. I had a Japanese pilsner, The Premium Malt's [sic] from Suntory. My wife had an iced green tea, served in a can. Starting with the bonito tots, it was a perfect balance of fat, salt, sweet, and umami. The playful dance the bonito flakes perform on top just adds to the overall experience. Next we had the shrimp buns. Also another perfect balance of flavors and crunchy shrimp. For the main feature, I had the sesame garlic ramen with roasted pork, soy marinated egg, and rayu (garlic chili oil). My wife had the miso ramen with spicy ground pork and a soy marinated egg. The layers of flavor for both of them play off of each other wonderfully. I especially enjoyed the roasted garlic and slight heat from the rayu. Overall, Chuko is a quaint little space serving up some big flavor. Keep up the great work Kerwin, you're killing it!

Chuko is my favorite place for ramen in Brooklyn. I love their sesame garlic ramen and their crispy Brussels snacks. I’ve been back multiple times. Their salt and pepper chicken is also delicious.

Definitely worth a trip, you will really enjoy the ramen. The pork is incredibly tender, and if you're like me you should order the extra noodles. You will need them. The only comment I have is that the bowl could be more full at the initial service.

Chuko is such a vibe with plenty of seating. Although it has a small menu, they have a wonderful option of ramens to choose from. We have chosen to get the Spicy Miso Ramen a try. The broth of blended miso paste, and chili peppers gave it a bold flavor that was both spicy and salty. The noodles were thin, curly, and tasty absorbing the flavors of the broth. The overall taste of spicy miso ramen is satisfying and warming.
