Pizza Hut

In its new building, recently opened, this Pizza Ranch has improved greatly. Pizza selection rotates often which is great, but on off hours it can be a bit cool and slow to be restocked. The game room they added is great for kids, but not as cheap as arcades used to be. A couple of guaranteed win games definitely help kids go home happy though. Games do also rotate on occasion which is a big bonus for keeping the kids wanting to go back.

Excellent experience in comparison to Sioux Falls Pizza Ranch. They just take a bit longer refilling food. If you think the ice cream is a good idea, just be warned that they have the smallest cups I have ever seen just to get ice cream at one of these locations is my little bit of criticism. I would like to see just a little bit more determination towards a couple things. Other than that, I like the new Pizza Ranch in Brookings and I would highly recommend going for the family eating experience.

Update 8/5/21- we are back in the area and had to stop here. As always, place was clean, food was good and staff was friendly. Shut out to Ms. Esther... she was professional, friendly, nice. :) . We will be back when we're in the area again! This is our second pizza ranch we've visited this year. This location was much nicer, it's the little details that made the difference. There was a potato soup, ice cream, plastic bibs for babies, even the restroom had extra amenities. Of course the food was good and staff was friendly.

Nothing on the buffy empty. Only salad, ranch dressing was empty No new pizzas put out, asked when more pizza was going to get out. Said they are backed up with orders. The place was packed. 45 minutes no pizza. Couldn't even request a pizza. person at the register was really rude when I asked about the pizza. Not going back at $13.00 a plate of salad

Very nice new building. But whoever designed the food line layout should be fired. Very small are with only 1 side for everything. You didnt know where to start. People were about bumping in to each other. And the walkways between food area and seating was too narrow. Food was good. Children's arcade area is at least 3x larger than food area.

Our first night in town after moving across country we tried this place. Food was alright. But we all ended up stomach sick withing 24 hours. Coincidence? Maybe. Several months later my family decides to try it again. They say they're open till 9pm, but they stop severing anyone at 8pm. No notice, just refuse to seat or serve anyone.

When my husband and I went there the first week they re-opened we where very disappointed with the management and how they handled our problem. I am Gluten Free which means that all I can eat out of the buffet is the salad items. Pizza Ranch in Pipestone, Dell Rapids, and Madison gives a paying customer one gluten-free pizza of their choice of toppings free of charge, when you buy the Buffet. The one in Brookings not only wanted to charge me $15.99 for the Buffet, but on top of that $13.99 for a gluten-free pizza. Instead of saying here’s your money back for your Buffet they expected me to pay twice. Not only that, when we talk to the owner she was extremely rude about the whole situation. So just beware if you’re gluten-free, because you’re not going to get the same treatment as you would with the pizza ranches in Madison, Pipestone, And Dell Rapids
