Kfc

Went here a few days ago. Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to order anything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.

Two stars because it was edible. Went through the drive-thru and paid at the window. Then I was told to go to the front door to wait for my very basic order. This seems to be a thing they do for everyone. Not very efficient if you ask me. Then my crunchwrap with no lettuce has lettuce in it and the very nice gentleman who brought it out seemed as exasperated as u would be if I had to work a very inefficient drive thru. And here I was wondering why a KFC / Tacobell was dead in the middle of the afternoon

It was a Friday evening and pouring like a mansoon, I ordered online for a 5:45pm pick up. I went to the drive thru to pick my order up because I had a one year old and 4 year old in the car and didn’t want to get them out of the car in the bad weather. I was told to pull around to the front of the store which I did. Maybe 5 minutes later a gentleman came out to say they had to make mac and cheese and it was gonna take about 13 minutes. I agreed to wait because my kids really wanted Mac and cheese. I apologized automatically and the guy said don’t apologize it is your food. So I waited the time for them to make it and then I happened to look up from what I was doing in the car and the the female employee was standing at the front door. She came out to hand me my food even though I could tell she was worried about the weather. Thank you for helping a parent out. It is not always easy getting all of the kids out of the car and I appreciate both staff members on their own coming out to talk with us and then also came out to deliver the food to our car. Definitely went above and beyond. Thank you again!

I went here Saturday 01/08/22 afternoon and they had 2 people working have me attitude about me ordering chicken saying it's going to clear them out not my problem do your job stop giving attitude to customers then I went to the window and asked could i add the new chicken sandwich that they are advertising they told me it's against companies policy to add anything and told me to go get lost. This place needs to be shut down and hire me people to train because the staff here is a joke..

I just wanted a quick late lunch. I ordered a single breast of "original recipe", a biscuit and soda. The drive-thru staff were very polite. They convinced me a meal was going to be cheaper, so I okayed it. What The chicken wound up being a wing piece that apparently died of old age, but was left to dry first. The gray instant mashed potato was inedible (even with gravy). :-( PS: The biscuit was good, and warm. They forgot the butter I asked for, but fortunately had some in our fridge at the office.
