Very standard Dunkin. The only issue is they seem more focused on the drive-thru than a customer standing right in front of them.

Have absolutely no problems with the staff as they have always been polite and courteous. The lack of personnel and the amount of employees in this location is getting out of hand. They are completely understaffed and the time wasted is crazy. I should not be in the drive thru or inside the store for 15 minutes. Lately its gotten to a point where I felt the need to let management know that if it doesn't change I will be changing my morning coffee habits.

Horrible experience. Every time I have gone their since I was a freshman in High-school (2013) they mess up my order. Let alone every time I go back to fulfill my order they are rude, and fooling around the whole time. Would not be surprised if they spit in my bagel. Poor management, even worse food. Worst Dunkin in the 203 hands down. Go to irving dunkin...literally a gas station does better than this place. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've given them probably 8 different chances. Almost every time I go there they are "cleaning a machine" or something similar so they cant complete my order. Other times they dont listen to what I say and I end up with a cup of burnt iced coffee filled with coffee grounds and no sugar instead of a caramel iced latte. Never once has my order been correct.

Hardly ever have I gone here and gotten my order made the way I asked. It's never anything complex, I'll ask for a coffee black with sugar only to find cream and sugar. If this happened every now and again I'd understand, mistakes happen, but this is 9 times out of 10 they mess it up. Honestly, skip this Dunkin and stop at another one, any other one. Even when they get your order right, the taste is off and it's not worth bothering to come here. Avoid this location until something changes.

My mom and I stop here all the time when we’re out on Sunday’s. Some of the staff is nice and others just sounds like they don’t want to serve you. They have messed up our order many times. We ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese and got bagels, not toasted, with cream cheese. It also says on the menu that they still have smoothies and they don’t. This is the only Dunkin’ that messes up our order.
