I’ve been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings across WI, and I am even a rewards member… this was by far the worse experience I have ever encountered. I will never go back to this location. The food was ok: dry, overcooked (mozzarella sticks & burgers). Our waitress was horrible, she had a nasty attitude the moment we were seated. It seemed as if she didn’t want to serve our table. She came over about 3 times while we were there about 2.5 hours. It was mid day, and not busy. On top of that; we had a 50% of the ENTIRE order coupon and they took it off selected items, and not all items. The lady manager that was on duty was much help either, didn’t help solve the problem. Will be filing a more detailed complaint with My order number, waitresses and managers name.

My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Wednesday April 7th was not great at all. Food was great but customer service was terrible. The waitress never told us her name, we had to ask for our waters because she never brought any. I ordered a drink from the bar that mysteriously never came even tho other people bar drinks came out rapidly. The waitress was very short with us she often times would walk away before we could even complete our sentences. When trying to get her attention she acted like she couldn’t hear or see me. In the end she did not give us the correct receipts. It just was an overall terrible experience and I probably won’t be back. I noticed that she was treating a Hispanic family rude as well so I considered that it may be a race thing but I saw her interacting with other people of color in the restaurant with a smile on her face. I am not sure what her problem was but I left a note politely telling her that your customers can feel when you are not feeling it so maybe at least fake a smile. I also could understand if it was a busy night but it was not busy at all in the restaurant. I wanted to leave a direct review but she never brought our final receipts so I can’t even do it.

Regardless of the situation, any restaurant owner should serve its customers with dignity and respect. Cant believe this restaurant had bare minimum employees to save overhead and compromise integrity. It was a total KOS while attending family out night. Manager should be sent to leadership and business courses.

I came for my sister's birthday and it was hardly anyone in there so I just KNEW we would get quick service. However, we waited felt like over 30 minutes for our food and it came out cold??? The fries were hard and dried out!! I was so confused. Like why were they just coming out and cold? Did you just leave them under the heat lamp? But that was impossible because like I have to keep repeating-They Were Cold!!! I was so disappointed in the cooks because I just can't believe that the waitress didn't really have any customers and she would let her tip slip through her hands by not tending to our food on time. Then the food was remade and ours fries were still COLD but we didn't wanna waste anymore of our time in there for my sister's birthday so we paid and left. They definitely dropped the ball tonight. I don't know.

Was just there and wasn't impressed. Got there at about 7pm and it's Saturday. There were barely any people inside which seemed odd for this time on a Saturday. Seemed like the waitress was doing her best but when we got our food, my boneless wings were luke warm and the chicken on my wife's salad was the same. One of my flavors of wings looked like they just poured some sauce on it and sent it out. Not impressed. I would anticipate this location closing in the next couple years.

They were not very busy, even tho it was 5pm on a Sunday evening. There was 5 in our group & we placed our order. After waiting about 30 minutes or so, 2 of the meals ordered came out. 10 minutes later, one more came out. 10 minutes later, 2 people were still waiting for their food. Server finally checked on it & brought their food out. I have never been to a restaurant before that doesn't serve the whole table at once. Food was good, server was ok, but won't return due to the timing of receiving our food.

We ordered the 20/20 for a family party we were attending…. 20 traditional wings and 20 boneless wings. We chose Buffalo traditional wings and Parmesam Garlic boneless wings. They were both delicious! As a matter of fact, they were so good they were gone before I was able to take a pic of them. You can’t go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings!

This BWW is a disgrace. Not sure what has happened to it, but we went twice within about 2 weeks' time. First time the server was very spacey, but we assumed a bad day. So, we went back again and the server (a different person) was one of the rudest ladies I have ever seen. We ordered some drinks from the bar and soft drinks. The bar drinks came, but after 15 minutes she still did not come back to take our order or bring soft drinks. We had to wait another 5 before we found her and waved her down. Food took over 40 minutes and we had 1 order of wings and 2 appetizers. Asked for a soft drink refill and 20 minutes later we were done with our food and no refill. Waitress finally came back and we asked about the soft drink and she walked away telling US we were rude and when she gave us the drink she actually threw the straw on the table. Not coming back! (Note, they were not busy. Only had 3-5 tables seated the entire time.
