Bad customer service , the two lady’s are super slow there’s always a line . People are in a rush to get to work and they take their time . My order got made wrong TWICE . I asked for two glazed donuts the blond lady just gave me 1 & charged me twice . The bagels turn out burnt . HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. They need to be replaced ! I also asked for a bag since I had multiple items they didn’t want to give me a bag . HORRIBLE PLACE

Unsanitary, the cup they gave me was so dirty, and my drink wasn’t made right. At least the employees weren’t rude, which saves them from a 1-star rating.

Morning staff is grumpy . I ordered a specific type of coffee and the older male associate told me to drink and he’ll take care of me next time. I’m not sure what kind of business operates in this fashion first and last for me .

This location's service has been getting bed. Lately, the coffee tastes old and bitter. You can tell that it is not freshly brewed. Some of the employees are very mean. There is one lady that always has a disgusting attitude and is very mean. Today, my husband bought me a medium Latte and it was like, a quarter of the cup empty, half the cup was latte and the last quarter just foam. And it tasted disgusting.

The staff is cordial the times I have been there, the store clean and the donuts are fresh. He always says thank you for my purchase. This makes me feel like they appreciate my business and makes me smile! 😊 Not every store thanks you for your purchase these days! It is a short distance across the street from Yankee Stadium.

Worst place ever. Every time that I order here they always mess up my order and they treat customers awful. This is a service and people are paying.. you’re not doing us a favor! Learn customer service, learn how to take orders and then open your doors!
