Teens running around talking loudly and flipping chairs and staff or management did not interfere. Made my dining experience very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

During the week, there's no line here it wasn't too busy. When I went there, food was fairly done quickly and efficiently all the staff was friendly and nice. The place was bright, clean and big. Plenty of seating available. They have a play room for the kids. This establishment is very well kept. And the order was right and good. The bathroom was unbelievable and cleaned for such a high traffic area. Hats off to the manager

I've been going to McDonald's on Fordham road since I was 7 years old and it's one of the best places in the Bronx to eat enjoy those nuggets

Still a bit to improve but I like the way things are going. Line moves fast. They don't mess up your order anymore. Very important! No McDonald's is spotless but they are trying. That's my only issue. It may not be the fault of the staff entirely though. The customers are a bit raunchy. Lol. Overall, I'd get food here again soon. They're trending up.
