Sam’s pizza is the best!!! It’s a family owned business and everyone is very nice especially the owner. It’s hard to eat only one slice. The menu is simple which gives the time to perfect what’s on it starting with their so yummy pizza. Enjoy!!

Hands down best pizza place in the Bronx. Pizza is always fresh and made with love. They are extremely nice people that run the place. The Italian ices are also great tasting and great price and big size. If you are looking for some good, quick pizza then stop over at Sam’s and grab a slice or a pie.

A customer of Sam's since I was a teen, now 35 me and my 3 boys always come back for a slice and beef patty with cocoa bread. I live in PA now and live coming back everytime I'm in the Bronx.

Great Pizza & Great Service! Highly recommend.
I went in last night at 1:30AM to buy pizza and the guy working there noticed my finger was bleeding so he disinfected it and even gave me a band-aid !! Not to mention Pizza was perfect!

Oh man, have been eating this pizza for the past 16 years. I have to say it is the best pizza I have every had besides Italy. A family business that fed thousands of local teenagers and families.

Sam's Pizza is 1 of the best pizzas I've ever had! And if u ever want anchovies on ur pizza, Sam's is the place! Plus, they have Italian Ice but can't remember if they sell it in the Winter, but they definitely sell it in Summer...
They do close down for the whole month of August for their family vacation time.

Not a bad slice, but lots of room for improvement. Undercooked crust (surprising in a thin crust, considering the tasty cheese was cooked to perfection)
Crust had a good flavor (good, not great).
The main problem is that they skimped. The slice size is okay. The cheese ends more than 2" away from the edge and the sauce is spread way too thin to try to cover another inch. Would have been much better with an extra ladle of sauce on the pie.
This is really a $2.50 slice stretched to try to justify the $3 price.
