The staff is very polite and gentle. I have been served by Antonio and he has been very gentle as he made sure that everything was well packed and that I had everything before I went. I recommend to go and eat there.

I visited to this lovely branch in Bromley, not sure what to aspect but I had helpful staff members crystal and Ren helping me with my order with lovely personality and considerate informative menu list help me decide.... I couldn't ask for better staff members that go above and beyond.

It’s okay if you go when it’s not busy

It was a bit mad this eve (sat eve) but at the till the manager looked after us and tbh it was a decent experience, ordering what we wanted and arrived quite quickly with our blc discount. Appreciate the staff must put up with a lot and you’re all fab!

Convenient location. Staff are polite and really busy. Downside: they need extra security staff, as there are groups of young teenage boys and girls, that stays in the restaurant, they are rowdy, noisy, rough playing and vaping inside the restaurant. Other customers gets intimidated and disturbed.

Great service with a smile despite being very busy. When I arrived a lady customer in front of me with 6 inch eye lashes was tapping the touch screen so I went to the counter and ordered from a lovely friendly assistant who checked on her screen how busy it was upstairs and reassured me there were plenty of seats. I waited for my order and went upstairs past the eye lashes still tapping away. There was plenty of seats as promised so I had a relaxing meal. Great.

Been here the other day with my friend and couldn’t help noticing how well organised they are in this store. We were welcomed at the door and handed a table number for dining in. Upstairs we were assisted by another staff member to our table and with the order. The food was brought to us quickly. I feel they have adopted an efficient way to serve and protect customers in these difficult times
