Chili's

Made a to go order for a chicken quesadilla. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes which is perfect as I'm 15 away so I did the asap order instead of a future order. Order was actually ready much sooner so it was cold by the time I got back to hotel. Thankfully I have a microwave. Girl at checkout wasn't the brightest. Asked if I was paying with card or cash while doing something on computer. I said cash and put a 20 on the counter. She then looks down and asks if I'm using that 20 to pay....umm really? My biggest complain besides the cold food is there where zero napkins in my bag. How do you not include napkins in a to go order.

Chili's paid me a free meal after horrible multiple Togo experiences at Tulsa hills. This was great experience quiet and good service great waitress Kaylee. Had wonderful meal of the black bean Patty,/ veggie fajitas and chips and salsa we're good. Great time and would go back to Chili's BA. Ty Chili's for giving me chance to be a dine in customer and restore faith in ur service !

Overall, it was fine. The issue I had was that my wife and I both order the half order of ribs. The amount of meat she got was about a third more than I received. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that the whole rack was weighed, then cut. The portions should be weighed...not the rack before cutting it.

What a great lunch, I had the chicken fajitas special for lunch, wife had the chicken bowl, the $5 patron magaritas were on point... I honestly really enjoyed the service, can't wait to come back and have the best chips and salsa in town. I love that they are free with a visit once every 2 months.... we definitely will be back very soon....
