Absolutely delicious. Me and the wife absolutely LOVED it. It is a little pricey but definitely better than subway by miles. The staff is fast and polite and the building inside is clean. We'll definitely be back

It was our first time there. The food was very good, but the people must have had a very long and busy day. It was 10 minutes till closing and not one person smiled and you could tell they just wanted to get out. I hope they get some rest...

Be ready to WAIT. I’ve always been the biggest fan of Firehouse Subs but wow this location must be poorly managed or something. Every time I have came in the kids working there are just goofing around and it takes forever. Great food but just so long. 24 minutes and counting for a Hook and ladder as I write this…

This location has the most terribly trained people. No professionalism at all. No urgency whatsoever! Love the food but this convenient location fails in almost every aspect. Time to clean house and start over.

Good subs. Staff doesnt care.. i ordered 2 subs one was a tuna WITH PICKLE AND TUNA ONLY. THEY GOT IT WRONG. he didnt even put the order in right when i adressed it they looked at me like i was stupid. Never offered to fix it just stared at me and moved in. Won't be back if u cant educate staff in customer service. You might also tell the cashier to wash his hands before making sandwiches after touching money gross. Took forever to get sandwich when no one was really there before me without a sandwich. No urgency to get your food. Sandwich was slopy made.

Don’t ever come here or work here. The most disgusting food place in BA. This has been by far the worst working experience I have ever had. The bathrooms rarely get cleaned, your sand which will get mess up 80% of the time, the floors are very dirty, and the manager also refused to give me hours

Didn't get a pic, was too hungry. Get the pair combo, a small sandwich and cup of soup. Recommend the New York Steamer, the Italian, and loaded potato soup.

I got the Club on a sub with chips and a drink. The sandwich, chips, and drink were all great. Can’t forget the pickle, and the sandwich was warm. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I will be back!💯😎👍
