Super friendly and helpful staff. Kaitlin was engaging and kind. They got my drink order exactly right, and it’s pretty complicated. It is disappointing that there are no hot food items, but I knew that going in, so it wasn’t surprising.

Woman put my coffee cup lid on using the whole palm of her hand and in so doing, touched the drinking hole. If I wanted to lick someone's hand oils I would have asked for a discount. VERY NASTY!, IMPROPER TRAINING?

Drinks are wrong, cash only, and no ovens for food. The Baristas were chatting and not taking orders. From now on I'm holding the tip until the end at all counter service places.

Absolutely the worst! I placed an order for a tea with 6 guest behind me. Would you believe the staff made everyone’s order before mine in which all guest behind me ordered specialty drinks. I hate to make things racial but this was clearly one of those incident where as a black women I waited patiently and even after asking if the tea is being made after all six guest left, I still waited for another four guest to order and received their items before getting a single cup of hot tea… please educate your staff. Not acceptable.

Was looking forward to get a sandwich from Starbucks today just to find out they have NO Sandwiches At All. What’s the point of having a starbucks if all items aren’t being sold? I got on the turnpike just so I can stop by starbucks. Thumbs up to this location, Ruined my whole day.

Not 24 Hours! If your looking for an open Starbucks after 9pm westbound on the turnpike there is not one. Apparently they have changed there hours and don't feel the need to make the public aware.

“No frappuccinos before 10” was the answer I got from the employee on the morning shift even though I was the only one in line ordering. No other Starbucks or coffee shop will refuse to serve you something on their menu when they are open.
