We always like a beach walk when the tide is out, then a cup of coffee or tea or snack to finish a lovely morning or afternoon. Sam's is always welcoming to his Locals and Visitors from around. 👍😀

Great place to stop and eat freshly prepared food. Our favourite place when we come to walk from Dumpton Gap to Broadstairs. Great place to sit and view the seashore and tidal activity....with great sandwiches and light dishes and snacks.

Great local cafe in a lovely spot by a small dog friendly beach and on the promenade that leads into Broadstairs. Good coffee, food was freshly cooked, tasty & reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Visited dumpton Bay today, a lovely little sandy beach where you can take the dog. Had lunch at Sam's bar, which has a decent range of food from burgers, chips and various salads. Tea, coffee and soft drinks. I found the staff very friendly, I was a bit short of cash and they let me off £3.00 or my order so I could feed the family. (Thankyou so much). I definitely recommend this little beac and Sam's bar. Will be visiting again, soon.🙂👍💖

What a fantastic venue, situated in Dumpton Gap Broadstairs with amazing views over the sea and Beach, the food is first class and the staff are really nice with excellent service, the proprietors Rob & Pam and the staff make you feel really welcome and are full of local knowledge and the cafe is adjacent to the Viking Trail and just a short walk from Broadstairs and into Ramsgate Town and seafront.
The Viking Trail us a cycling and walking trail that continues along the coast of Thanet and beyond in either direction encompassing the stunning coastline that is now being used by many film and TV productions.
Highly recommended.
