Burger King

I tried calling because we wanted to thank the people working this evening but we weren’t able to get through; … this will have to do. We came through to treat our pups with some plain cheeseburgers tonight. The prices are always great but both the service and presentation *normally* isn’t anything to brag about. The people working were SO NICE and so thoughtful; they clearly took such pride every step of the way because every thing was perfect. Napkins in bag. Asked if I wanted my receipt (not even the other way around …) Buns and burgers stacked perfectly. CHEESE WAS MELTED. Thank you all very much. We’ll be back.

I'm done with this store. I've updated my review several times and it just keeps getting worse. This time I could tell they didn't try or care from how my Whopper Melt was prepared. Bacon and patties were dry and cold, so cold my it couldn't melt the cheese and they didn't even try to toast the bread so I insisted on a refund. The manager didn't seem to happy about my complaint but I got my refund. Check my pics.

03/15/2022 2:30pm Fast and friendly service. However, food was extremely cold. The whopper bun was hard and dry, the cheese sticks where like rubber. I ordered inside and the place was filled with smoke. I am guessing the hood vent for the grill wasn't working, and the only ventilation was the back door propped open. Poor experience and more than likely won't be stopping back by anytime in the near future.
