Where is the option for 0 stars google. I ordered a double quater pounder with cheese (meal) when she asked if I wanted a meal I said yes. I never received fries and everything was completely drenched in grease. My bun looked like a wet sponge, it was absolutely disgusting. The container had a pool of grease in it and the bag was soaked in grease. Did they drop it in the fryer before they served it to me? Are the employees serving food with a blindfold on? This is unacceptable and complete laziness. As far as the burger it was still edible but not enjoyable.

The young man at the drive thru was being spoken to, by another young man, in an unprofessional, demeaning way -while I was being completely ignored. I felt bad for him and the other one was so cocky. It was so Unprofessional. I waited for him to finish acting important, with his back to me, never once acknowledging that a customer was at the open window, only to pay for the order! I really hope someone that can do something is reading this. The hamburger was disgusting and had something hard in it. My grandson spit it out!!
