Very poor service. Always messy place. Serviettes always empty box.Couple of staff never has welcoming smile. Counter warmer food is always cold and stale.i only gave 3 as there is variety food whuch is good. But comng at 9 am busy time hot breakfast rack is always empty
Freshly made sandwiches, Good value and reasonable price. Very convenient to train station and prompt service but the shop is a bit messy.

Food and location are good but shop is always messy. The service is very slow most of time only one person serving in the morning rush with other staff just chatting in the back. Would go more if service was better
Always problems when ordering from here. First time was sent the wrong items as substitutes which they never checked with first, and they were disgusting. Ordered again and forgot some of my food.
Had at least 3 people working, one out the back, 2 out front, however only 1 of them was serving. Ridiculous as they looked confused and unhelpful. Slow which made everyone irritable.
