Subway

Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches; a double protein sandwich- received a ridiculous amount of lettuce instead. Next sandwich had a hair in it and multiple toppings that had not been requested. Out of the 4 sandwiches I ordered only 1 was made correctly, Unfortunately after the disgusting find we had all lost our appetite. I'd highly recommend eating elsewhere.

I was just there during my lunch today. It was starting to get busy. There was two young ladies that were working when I went in. There was a young lady making the sandwiches and there was a young lady putting on the veggies and cashing you out. While I was waiting for my turn to add veggies on my sandwich, I noticed that the young lady ringing in orders still had her gloves on while touching the dirty computer screen. After touching other peoples sandwich and touching the computer screen. She then comes back over, grabs the paper around my sandwich and asked " what would you like on your sandwich?" I asked the young lady to please change her gloves before touching my sandwich or veggies. The young lady seem very bothered that I asked her to change her gloves and gave me attitude while changing gloves. I will NOT be going back there.

Sandwich was well made, people nice, but big problem when I went to pay for it. Had a coupon for 2 FLs for $12.99, coupon {conveniently} would not scan, so cost for 2 FLs was over $22, which seemed exorbitantly high. Clerk gave me $2 off, but refused to give me the full discount the coupon would have, saying the server was down, nothing she could do. Felt lied to because if she can write down $2, why not $6? Also, the coupon before mine worked just fine...

A big fan of Subway! However today the store manager Beth rudely yelled at my son who is 18 years old. Saying not to be near the table because it was sanitized. She went on to say that if we were not dining in then don’t sit down. I told her to tone it down and not be so aggressive. He was simply standing behind in the line. Another staff member had to step outside because she started yelling at us and using profanities. I asked for the managers number she laughed and said she was the store manager. I then asked for the owners number, which she said was on the front door (it was not) then said good luck he never answers! We eventually left and the staff member outside apologized for what had went on. I was feeding a family of 7 and I can promise I will take my business elsewhere.

I am not sure what Subway has improved in their sandwiches or experience to warrant a tab of $30 for two meatball subs... But I'm not noticing it. Look as a business owner, I understand how difficult it is to hire a good staff these days. I understand that COVID has driven up costs for delivery and everything else. However, I find it hard to believe that it warrants doubling the price of a quick meal. Maybe it's just me, but in my opinion with their current ingredients and service, Subway's basic footlong MEALS should not exceed $10. If they substantially up the quality of ingredients and the service, MAYBE then it'll be worth the current prove point.
