I had fish and chips here a few years ago, when it was the Naked Fish, and it was one of the best of my life! I still tell people about the experience all the time. Fish, chips, and mushy peas were perfection! Sad to hear that it's closed, but I'll definitely try out Jack's next time I'm in town.
Fantastic fish and chip restaurant. The picture is of an OAP special. A standard fish was huge!! Great fish, super crisp batter, scraps, chips were great, excellent mushy peas, super service, highly recommended!!
I had the special, fish, chips, mushy peas with tea and bread and butter. A full meal for a tenner. It was great food and friendly staff.
