The staff are very friendly & tell you your options. They let you make an informed choice without pushing you in a particular direction. They explain any questions you have about the phone. I got a new phone, bought a simple one for Mum & recommended them to a neighbour.

Fantastic staff at this little shop. Geoff Booth will go the extra mile for his customers nothing is too much trouble for him. I have completely lost faith in larger stores that really don't want to help you. Geoff has restored my faith and I would recommend this shop to anyone
