Mcdonald's

Avoid this one! They never give a receipt unless you ask for one and even then sometimes it's an issue. Don't ask for sweet tea either because they'll give you un-sweet tea every time..They over charged me $41 and of course didn't give a receipt so I couldn't get my money back. I'd never spend $41 on McDonald's! Haven't been back since and won't ever go back to this one.

order date 4/6/22 Problem 1) Soda was watery Problem 2) Literal half cup of mayo was applied Problem 3) no napkins were given Problem 4) drink handed without lid on properly Problem 5) one item appeared to have been under the heat lamp for ages, was crunchy when it should not have been... Seriously never seen worse

This location is NOT worth the stop. I stopped for a McFlurry and it took 10 minutes for them to start my order. Now if this location had been busy I wouldn't be frustrated... however the girl who finally took my order after trying to avoid eye contact for about a minute; took my order and then proceeded to stand there and pick her fingers. There was at least one other person just standing around! After the 10 minute mark someone from out back finally spoke to me again and asked what I was waiting for. So I responded, and he finally started my order. He then went out back to find lids, and the original person who took my order (who hadn't done anything since) put some Oreo pieces in. The guy comes back and then disappeared again to find a spoon. The "McFlurry" (I use this word lightly) was not mixed and had MAYBE one crush Oreo onto. When I asked if they could mix it I was told no. That the machine was broken. I reluctantly took the ice cream, as it was soupy and just ice cream. This was the worst costumers service on top of the worst ice cream I have ever experienced! Also, I do not recommend if you are concerned about COVID as more than half the staff had masks worn around their chin including those who were handling/making food!

This McDonald's is not honoring the Travis Scott meal as advertised for $6. They wanted to charge me $12!!! I asked for the manager, she came and told me if I wanted it for $6 I would need to get out of line, down load the app, order it and drive back through. WTC 🤯 And then told me she would call the police on me if I don't get out of line. What happened to the customer is always right. What happened to a place of business honoring what they advertise... smh

Ordered breakfast online and went through the drive thru to find out they were out of burritos we ordered and we waited in line for 25 minutes. They say they serve breakfast until 11 but it seems as though they don't have enough food to serve past 10. This is not the first time we've had an issue with this location. The girl at the window was very helpful and polite. I would not come here for breakfast again though.
