Ordered a bucket yesterday. does not really travel well and the skin had turned soggy. the drumsticks and thighs are all smaller than comparable at Popeyes. Think KFC is falling behind in the fried chicken wars

Had to to try the new chicken sandwich...and it didn't disappoint. A juicy, crispy, hot chicken breast on a nice warm soft roll. Tasted very fresh with my only criticisms being that it's a tad bit salty and pickles are a somewhat limp and maybe too thick. If like KFC chicken..you will love this. Coleslaw at this location was spot on..cold and fresh!!

ordered beyond nuggets, they smelled and tasted good but some nuggets are so hard to chew… there is no consistency…
i must thank KFC in taking leading offering vegetarian options, I hope they are going to make their vegetarian menu great!

For a fast food place this place is on point. My orders have always been correct. Everyone that works there is nice and helpful, especially the (I believe) night manager. Only downside is the poorly designed parking lot, when it gets busy the drive thru line will go out to the highway and you can get stuck in the lot.

Service is fast. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Quality control needs to put more efforts. Sometimes, I did not receive what I ordered. Ex. I receive more little drumsticks & wings than thighs. Crispy wrapped too much of battered flour.... Everything else is just fine
