Mcdonald's

the service is horrible! they won't even let you talk, they just want to serve you quickly they don't ask you nicely they just want you to finish passing by, my experience was that I ordered the food a woman threw it at me when I got to the window and closed the window so I had to stay and wait There 3 min while she needs to attend to another person, to ask her to give me barbecue sauce. They are very badly educated, they can train their staff to be friendly with customers and give a service that is not only fast but also good, for my part I will not go there again. frightening!!

This is my "home" McDonald's, I stop by more frequently than I should .. That said... The drive through usually moves pretty quickly, they get the order right and their staff is always friendly. The young man working drive through this morning had been there often and is always especially nice..... This McDonald's is a welcome change from others I have been to.

Horrible service!! They want more money but they can’t even give good customer service! First we can barely understand the women asking to take our order and then we ask if they have a certain thing and instead of her saying “yes we do” she says nothing and just sits there I guess assuming that’s what we wanted. Not nice at all asking “is that all” so we say no we want two of the same thing. And then that was it she immediately said our total and to drive around. We weren’t even FINISHED!!! Never asked if we wanted anything else. So we got up to the window and had already to cancel the order and go somewhere else. So we tell her we’re canceling the order because apparently you can’t listen to what we were showing and she ROLLS HER EYES and SHAKES her head like it was us! She needs to learn to be patient and wait for people to finish there order AND ask if they want anything else!

Went to get food last night around 830-900 and not only was the guy on the speaker so monotone and clearly not wanting to be there but when we get to the second window the 2 girls at the drive thru are loudly swearing and trash talking other employees! Then when they hand us our food they have attitude! A sarcastic and EXTREMELY aggressive "Come visit us again soon!" Followed by a sarcastic "You too!" When I wished them a good night came to us after they handed us our food! All in all terrible customer service and horrible attitudes in that establishment. I never have this issue and they need to get their people in check because I didnt deserve that for just ordering food!

This is one of the worst McDonald's. I just ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and it's covered in what appears to be honey mustard. And, I mean covered in the bottom, the sides, the top, and the wrapper. Update - just out of curiosity I tasted the goop covering my sandwich, it was creamy Italian.
