By far the worst experience ever! Ordered my sandwich with Uber eats and when it arrived the guacamole was dark brown and smashed into the sandwich. When I called, they tried to tell me every excuse as to why it was DARK BROWN! (Click “photos” to see) Told me to go in so they could make me a new sandwich. When I walked in I was ignored until I spoke up. Then when I asked for my money back he told me NO cash back. Then proceeded to tell me his cash register was broken and that He could only take card transactions. So I told him to then apply it back on my card, to which he replied with a 3 minute argument and proceeded to go to the back to pull out a guacamole packet frozen and told me it was fresh and that my DARK BROWN sandwich was fine. He then reluctantly gave me my money back to which I noticed he attempted to short change me for my purchase. He then continued to argue the price of the sandwich which clearly says on the menu and the app that my total with tax and all was $6... NOT $4. Got my total back but will never come back again

When I went they advertised 2 pizza for $10 reg price is 4.75 just cheese so it’s not really a sale . I figure it has to be pepperoni reg price 5.50 . When she made them she said only cheese was the deal. That’s no deal!!!. They didn’t have bell pepper or fresh avocado. The onion looked old and only had 2 kinds of cheese. Only reason I went here was because I was there already. Next time I’ll drive those xtra 5 min and go to the one in worth on 111th . Ive never had a bad experience there. Also this store here does not participate in any online or mobile promotions .

I usually don't write reviews but I couldn't let this one go. If i could give it 0 stars I would. This Subway is the worst I have ever been to. They're so cheap with their ingredients. I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich and the guy used 3 tiny scoops of tuna and spread it as much as he could to cover the length of the bread. I then told him he was gonna have to put extra which meant he added 1 more tiny scoop and of course I had to pay extra. Then I ask for spinach the girl puts literally 4 spinach leaves. At that point I had enough. I ended up paying $10 for a skinny little sandwich. This was my first and last time going to this place. Next time I'll just make the trip to the next Subway 2 towns over.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Somehow, someone was able to gain access to this website & change the location that I was rating in this review about BRIDGEVIEW, IL (street side NOT inside Walmart) and they changed it to a location I never heard of nor had ever visited. So... I've edited it & placed the EXACT LOCATION "within the body" of my review and it CANNOT be altered! I suggest everyone include the location in the body of your review also so the proper location you're reviewing will still be known. Previously, I would have rated this location (10270 S. Harlem Av., Bridgeview, IL) a 5 but... I don't care for this new owner these last 4 months or so. She needs to learn how to talk to customers in a nicer manner as well as work on her kindness toward her staff in the presence of customers! Since she has been there... both men and women have to share the same washroom because she claims the men's room is "out of order." Really? It was always fine and working BEFORE she came! NO bathroom is out of order all the time! We're NOT stupid! If you want a fountain drink and you don't drink soda, forget about ice tea from the container (that used to be) next to the fountain drinks. She took that away too! Better pay the higher price for a bottled drink from the cooler because that will be your only option! Employees leave. I hope the current crew lasts. Oh yeah, sometimes you cannot sit where you used to or where you prefer because the chairs will be all turned up on the tables in a large section but I only noticed that on the nights the owner works. Otherwise you can sit pretty much where you'd like evenings when she isn't there! So sad... as this is one of the cleanest subways I've frequented. Did I mention how SLOW she works waiting on customers... because she is...very SLOW?! The employees seem more relaxed when iron maiden isn't around. She tenses up the atmosphere. I can only imagine what they go through since she became owner. I have stopped going there on a regular basis like I used to. It's not the same atmosphere anymore. The staff is still very nice & professional but you can feel their spirits have changed if you're sensitive. If and when I go, I do it when she is NOT there! Franchise owners: Send in a surprise... a male and female who can pretend to be "customers" and you'll see EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Tell the male to ask to use the bathroom and watch him end up in the women's washroom! Lol

I usually have no issues at this Subway but today I did the guy that made my sandwich was rude first he asks what i want just like that What Do You Want really wow then I start to tell him and he starts talking to someone else as im trying to tell him cut the beard wrong cuz he was to busy to pay attention then Cuts my made sandwiches with a dirty knife so yea not happy at all I will NOT be coming back here ever again ✌
