White Castle

Their food is good, but they often forget things whenever I order in person aaaaaand they take forever in the drive thru. I ordered on an app once & the app said 5-15mins, but when I pulled up after 15mins, they said they haven’t even STARTED my order… they really stink here. They need more people or better organization. Even when I order in person, while they’re not busy, they still get things wrong when there’s no one in the drive thru or in person. I don’t get it.

Went in drive thru at 12:52am, ordered 10 sack of cheese sliders and large strawberry milkshake. Placed my order and the man told us to pull up. We get to the window, he opens it and sticks his hand out for my money without saying one word or how much my total was. OK fine, he opens the window to give me my change and I tell him to just go ahead and keep it for himself. Again, he doesn't say 1 word to me, just closes the window. No receipt was ever given to me. Hands me my food, I say thank you and ask for ketchup and he hands me 4 and slams the window. Not one word was spoken from him since I placed my order, if I didn't already pay for my order I would have left due to my experience. Very rude and unprofessional.

I stopped at the White Castle on Briarcliff and bolingbrook rd in Bolingbrook. I placed my order with the employee in the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes in line. When I reached the window, the person said she didn't have my order but would order my food again and would be another 5 minutes. I said since there were four other cars behind me as well I will not order anything and wait longer since she didn't put my order in. I will not be visiting this White Castle any longer. Very very poor service.
