Delicious and hot food and served with a smile as always. We all enjoyed every bite and would definitely recommend, the girls (sian and Izzy) can't do more for you. We'll be back soon 👍

Nice pub friendly staff with nice atmosphere. The food was lovely. We did have a bit of a wait for the food but definitely will come again.

Really enjoyed our meal, cooked perfectly and piping hot. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We decided to come to use a discount voucher we had in the post but will definitely come back, full prices are reasonable and menu very appetising.

We enjoyed our experience very much!
I don’t usually go for a steak at chain restaurants/pubs as I tend to find the cut isn’t great and they never cook it to my liking.
However, I went this Thursday and noticed they had an offer on 30% off steaks on Thursdays, so I thought I would give it a go. And I’m so glad I did!! It was beautiful 😍
Me, my husband and my dad all had steaks and were very impressed. The service was great and the building itself is lovely with a really nice atmosphere.
We will definitely be going back there again soon.

We have a wheelchair user guest in our party of 4 and the staff could not do anything more to be helpful.
We had to move the time due to an unexpected health home visit and were also a little late but staff told me there was no problem and not to rush getting out of the car with his wheelchair. We had a great table for access reserved for us (adapted toilet is also great) and had waitress service. The kitchen were happy to cut up his gammon on request and he felt valued as his meal arrived and he could start eating with us all (no letting others know he could not cut his meat himself). All our meals and drinks were lovely. He has an intolerance to milk but was too full to ask about deserts.
Overall my sister said the Pleasant Pheasant was now her favourite place ever! Well worth the travel from Port Talbot, just sorry we have to wait for himto feel well enough for a meal out. Huge thanks to everyone for making such a great memory!

Fantastic service by Elizabeth and other staff. Food was great quality. Good value. The chocolate bomb desert was amazing. We were a group of 9 and all food orders were correct, which was very important as my sons are autistic and require certain items removed from their meal

There were 4 of us having lunch at the Pheasant and we all enjoyed our meal very much. The Staff were excellent and made sure we were happy with the meal, something you don't often get in some restaurants. The pub has a great sitting out area and the field next to it is great for children. Will be back.

Went to fabulous 40th Birthday Sunday lunch here. Food was great staff lunch and the room was ideal for 24 of us to celebrate.

What an amazing place. First impressions really do count! As soon as we walked in, there was a large water dispenser on an old-fashioned wooden cabinet, and on the shelves, water bowls and doggy blankets, there were 3 of these around the pub, made me want to steal a dog just to make use of them! What thoughtful staff to ensure the whole family would be welcome! We had a meal the following night. The food was exceptional. We've come to realise that we have high standards when it comes to eating out and the standard here was high. If you're in the area, I can highly recommend this place 👌
