I wish I could rate this a zero sadly I cannot.. Me and my girlfriends did NOT get our drink cups, I got the wrong french fry, when I was explaining the situation they asked me “If I was sure” that I didn’t get the right food when they even read me my order back I thought the golden rule was the customers always right, clearly that doesn’t apply here. My girlfriend did NOT GET HER ENTIRE MEAL. The workers looked like they did not know what they were doing, they were going to make me pay for the food I already payed for, they gave my girlfriend the wrong sandwich. The bathrooms had no toilet paper whatsoever, I couldn’t even wipe ! Overall just a horrible experience, would never come again. 👎🍔🚫🤬

The store staff and food were fine, but McDonald's seriously needs to work on their app. I don't know what they did to it but now every time I do a mobile order there's some sort of issue whether it be the order not showing up, being unable to navigate to the pay screen or the payment portal not pushing through the payment.

It took 35 minutes to get a 6pc nugget happy meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal to be brought to the table. I had to get up away from the table to see what was going on. Everyone ignored me at the waiting counter didn't ask if was waiting on anything I needed help with. Finally when I got someones attention they couldn't figure out what happen. They eventually got me my food. But didn't give me a toy in my happy meal. I won't be going back to this McDonalds!

The WORST McDonalds EVER! The big Mexican lady in grey shirt had such an attitude when taking our order like she couldn’t be bothered. They need to be educated on customer service because obviously she must have been absent that day. I guess it’s really hard to find employees seems they will hire anyone! Food was horrible and cold and place was so dirty. I WILL NEVER EAT AT MCDONALDS AGAIN AND THAT IS A PROMISE! Totally disgusted. Do better McDonalds!

Directions say to take a number and put it at your table and they will bring it to you but instead they yell your table number and are impatient while you walk back to get it. Had to go back up twice for things that were wrong in order. 1- they forgot bbq sauce that was on order. 2. They gave the wrong number of nuggets in happy meal. Employees were not in good moods.

Horrible customer service. Can't even finish a word w/o been interrupted "anything else, anything else, anything else!" Missing items from my order and one of the items I got was wrong. Can't understand customers. There is a language barrier which messes up people's orders. Manager "Maria" was extremely rude! She refused to honor a mobile coupon for my order and on top slams the window laughing. Drive thru is always taking at least 15 to 20 mins if not longer. Then on top you have to wait and see other orders come out before yours and I really liked this place before. Now, I would give it a negative 5 🌟 after today's incident. Horrible. Just horrible.
