Dunkin'

This location was great until recently. Multiple times, I have received cold food (particularly hash browns) almost as if they were just taking it out of a refrigerator and throwing them in a bag. I asked for hot hash browns and was treated rudely as if I was wrong for wanting hot food. While I was still speaking, the window was closed in my face. I was speaking in a normal tone, not yelling or sounding angry either. I will not be going there again for a long time since it seems every few months there are new people.

this location was good the first few times. but lately everytime i order coffee (which is at least once a day) its always been messed up. but im not super nit picky so ive been letting it go. but this morning i ordered an oatmilk latte with splenda, no splenda was put in. ok fine. this evening i ordered a blueberry oatmilk iced lattee. asked for splenda, no ice. got ice, sugar, and cream (which i didnt realize til after when my stomach was turning bc lol lactose intolerant here, hence the oatmilk.) at almost $5 a cup, you would think these people would pay attention

This place is awful. We go every day for morning coffee because we are close. I order the same thing everyday but never know what I'm going to actually get. You wait forever for your order whether you go through the drive thru or place your order through the app. Do yourself a favor and save the aggrevation, go to a 711 up the road where you can make your own, so you know what your getting, and your in and out

Dont know where all the positive feedback is coming from. Here for the third day in the row (jobsite nearby). This store does not have custumer first in mind at all. No smile, no hurry, no friendliness, no politeness. Barely pays attention to you as you're making the order, they have attitude. All they are good at is chat with each other in foreign language. Just not a pleasant experience.

Went in no line which was nice however the girl at the front looked like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t even talk. Said hello and told me the price. Second girl was talking on the phone in her watch and slipped all the food together for the people in the store. Then the older lady was just making coffee and talking to the girl who was on the phone. Never had a bad experience here until today atleast my coffee was right just needed more sugar.

Very dirty and understocked. I watched him make my coffee and he filled the cup maybe halfway up. Then walked over to the hot water and added a good amount. Then added milk but no sugar. Tasted like absolute garage water i walked out after paying but left that coffee on the counter. I'll never go there again
