Dunkin'

Do not go to this Dunkin. The older gentleman that works the window was completely rude and nasty when I asked for my beverage to be made correctly. When I got my drink back and took a sip it was still completely wrong and made the way it was previously. On top of that my hot food was ice cold and undercooked. When I went to call to complain and see if something can be rectified the number is not in service. Do not waste your money at this establishment for poor customer service.

About a year ago I went in here many mornings for coffee and the staff was grumpy and nasty most days. I stopped going in and stayed away until a few weeks ago when I gave it another try. Congratulations to management for getting some new help and changing the attitude of the old help. The man at the drive-through window is always upbeat and friendly and they consistently get the order right. Big improvement.

Yuck. Terrible just awful Very disappointing. Man at window was nice but the food sucked —/it was the first time I was ordering frozen coffee I was excited for it— The worst coffee I ever had I don’t know if it was old it was very bitter something was spoiled maybe I asked for flavor shots of vanilla I couldn’t taste anything vanilla but I could taste something very off—-Got to snackbacon. Again terrible the bacon was not cooked it was cold and greasy there was barely any maple syrup or brown sugar or pepper or anything on it, it just tasted like old bacon. Old low quality bacon that is. I got three frosted sprinkle donuts or at least that’s what I paid for and when I ordered there were no sprinkles and the donuts were just pushed into the bag without any wax paper and the icing was all smashed all over the place and knocked off most of the donuts. A complete waste of $12 never never go back😥🥵

The worst customer service experience my family ever had in our life. We went to get sandwiches and coffee like we do every morning before my mom drives me an hour everyday to get IV medical treatments. We were peaceful waiting at the drive-thru window for our coffee. All my mother did was turn her head toward the window. No nasty look, and she didn’t say anything at all. Next thing we hear the manager yell “what’s your problem!” My mother calmly replied “nothing I’m just waiting for my coffee. He proceeded to say “we’re working as fast as we can” in the most condescending tone in front of a store full of customers and all the employees. Now I know this might sound insignificant but to a woman who gives this man business every single morning with the stress of taking her daughter every day an hour away for medical treatments, she deserves better. You never know what people are going through and something things like that can really negatively impact a persons day. I have seen many reviews having a similar experience and he should not be allowed to get away with this behavior. NO ONE deserves to be treated like this. I’m am currently reporting this store to their corporate line. If you want to be treated with the respect of a human being than DO NOT go to this Dunkin Donuts.
