Red Robin

Ordered 3 orders of fried pickles for curb side pick up Waited 25 minutes at the curb called the store two times they said they’d bring my order out. Ended up going inside to find all the employees standing around they grabbed my order and all the pickles are burnt or cooked in bad oil. Too frustrated to go back didn’t realize til I was home. Do not recommend ordering pickles from the brick location.

On my most recent visit, I walked in and sat down on their burger seats because it was too crowded at the door. While the people [of 5] were getting seated, I stood up and folks were coming through the door. Guess what? You guessed right. They took the family [of 5] coming through the door before our family of 5 and we were now stuck in line behind another family even though we were next. Mad? Upset? Definitely not. Frustrated? Yeah, it's frustrating when staff doesn't pay attention to who walks in the restaurant when they are stationed at the front. I know the business and what happened was a little lack of communication.

I was really hankering for a good burger, something different then the normal. We decided to give Red Robin a try... I am sure glad we did! First off, the hostess was very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome. Our server, "TIA", was exceptional! She was really knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and the service was Great! I decided to go with one of her suggestions for a burger, and was very happy with the choice. Through our dinner she was very attentive to our needs, and overall was superb. We are glad we went there for dinner. Only downfall, is the center room, has a bad draft, anytime the front door gets opened and it was a little cool...
