Trying another new place to us, apparently they have been in business for 10 years. Today's Lunch was an Antipasto Americano shared with Kit and Amanda. Pizza for today was the Brooklyn Style Grandma. The taste was very good but the lack of crispness was reminesent of a pizza from Mellow Mushroom. Next time will have to request extra crispy!!! Best Part, Amanda bought the meal!!!

Would be a 5 star because they were my absolute favorite! We would order from here at least twice a week , I think they may have a new cook is all I could guess because the last few times we ordered our norms they tasted completely different and not for the better . Their vodka sauce is now watery with no flavor and the wrap my husband always gets he threw out . Fingers crossed they fix their issues we love them !!

After being a regular customer for the past year who loves their food, their service is awful. I live less than 5 miles from their location and it took them over an hour to make and deliver 1 pizza and a chicken parm roll. ON A WEDNESDAY night. Because I ordered through Slice they refused to talk to me about anything. They just lost a weekly customer.

Their pizza is ok. I’ve definitely had better. But the real reason for the 1 star is the customer service is hands down terrible. The owner Ralph, cannot be bothered to acknowledge you when you walk in, even when you are at the counter. Literally stood there, no “Hello, Hi, what can I get you” NOTHING- A blank stare. Terrible customer service. The other staff, with the exception of the waitresses, seems to be trained to treat customers the exact same. Waitresses however are always nice and say hello and goodbye. If the pizza was better it could be overlooked, but it’s not even worth the hassle.

I am an extremely good customer. As a customer the business should do there best to satisfy us. I ordered an Azzurro Salad and the chicken was over cooked and hard. I called them and had to go thru 2 people to explain. He told me the chicken was cooked 2 hours ago. Hello. Where is the fresh chicken for the salad? They took back my Azzurro salad and sent me a New order and it was from the same chicken. Over cooked and hard. So by now it’s 3 hours old. I was so disgusted and disappointed but I ate it because by now I am extremely hungry. I wanted to call them just to tell them not to make a fool out of me because that’s exactly how they made me feel. I order from them maybe twice a week. My sister stopped me from calling……
