Burger King

Just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to Dennis Whitmire, I ve went through the drive thru at burger king twice now in two nights straight and Dennis was excellent. Very nice, greeted me as soon as I pulled up with a smile. I was observing him bag my order and he done an excellent job, didn't just drop my burger in the bag or crush the bun flat, double checked what was in the bag made sure my order was correct, handed me my bag and asked if I needed salt, ketchup.From beginning to end phenomenal job. Working in a fast food restaurant these days isn't easy by any means. Again THANK YOU Dennis and the other people that work with you thank you as well.

Generally ok, but evening staff-gaffs. Sent a friend out to pick me up lunch, and they made my order incorrectly. I brought it back later when I was off work, asking to remake this uneaten burger and they refused! No restaurants do that. If you ask to remake an incorrect, not eaten at all menu item other places will fix it. I think it's a staff problem, surely that can't be policy 😒

Food was great. Drive thru was fast like it should be. Employees were friendly. Our order was perfect. The Dr Pepper my son got didn't taste quite right, as if they had the carbonation turned up too high or they were running out of syrup but it wasn't so bad that I went back and asked for a different drink. Considering how fast it was, I was surprised at how hot all of the food was, even the french fries. And they didn't taste old or stale and weren't hard like they'd been under the heat lamp forever. The fries were perfect actually 👌 not too much salt, just the right amount of crispiness, and were a light golden color so they weren't frying them in week old grease or letting them sit forever and burn almost to a crisp under the heat lamp or anything either like another BK in our area tends to do. We quit going to the other 1 because of that and other consistent screw-ups with our orders.... On top of them randomly just locking the door and not answering the drive thru speaker starting several hours before they closed (this literally happened every day there for a while). We basically had quit ever eating at BK because of that other locations problems so when my kids asked for it, I was hesitant but decided we could give it a shot and I'm glad I did because the food and service were both a million times better at the BK in Brevard. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area and in the mood for / just need a quick, cheap meal that doesn't actually taste super cheap (like McDonald's).

For the longest while, one never knew what to expect when eating here. The quality of staff and the cleanliness of the place was always subject to question. However, lately there has been a huge improvement. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside landscaping is also very good.
