My famous chicken bowl had NO chicken. Prices of cooked batter, over cooked chicken was no longer in that batter. Only 1fork and we needed 2.

I love this place they always get my order correct! Dry Kicking Chicken Sandwich! They say is doesn't exist and make it anyway, extra crispy thigh meat dry, no mayo, nothing! It's so good! And great for my face! Thanks second shift KFC!

Just got home with my 33.49 tender meal..UGH....IF you are going to charge an arm and a leg...
1. I shouldn't have to wait 45 min from line to window (should have drive away ...mistake #1)
2. When I get to the window the person should be happy or at least pretend to be! (Sorry I inconvenienced you but it's your job)
3. The order should be set to go.
4. 5 minute drive home the food should still be hot....NOT!
5. large potato n gravy.....the gravy dish needs to be more than half full and not full of clumps that were scraped off the sides n bottom of pan.
6. Tenders should be tender.....not dried out and hard to chew

Everytime they get the orders wrong. Then they act like it's your fault. KFC and Taco Bell in Brattleboro is the worst. The people working there are unsanitary smoking cigarettes going to the bathroom then preparing your food without washing their hands. Eat at your own risk should be the slogan.

Usually very fast service and the food is good. Tried to go lastnight as your website says you are open until 9.waited in line for over 20 minutes and then had someone a couple cars up yell that they are closed. They shut everything down at 7 and turned away 6 to 8 cars. Good way to loose customers and money!

You cannot eat in and you cannot go inside to order. But if you're lucky enough and someone comes out same time you want to go in you can bypass the door that's locked. But your best bet go to the drive-thru.

I actually went to the attached Taco Bell. The taco supremes were good as usual, and reasonably priced. The place was clean and the staff friendly, but the orders were coming out a little slow. Altogether good experience and I'd definitely go back.
