Arby's

Fat bob started with attitude to my wife, she was in line 5+ minutes before being acknowledged, (drive thru more important) I was not in store yet, anyway, wagui burger was sloppy & nothing special. Shift manager, or whomever was in charge did nothing to said individual. Is this the new norm? So sad!

Terrible service all around. We placed an order for 11 people well over $110.00, to be delivered. When the order arrived the fries were all barely half full. Two of the sandwiches were made with bottom buns only. NO sauces were included, even after we specifically order a specific amount of certain sauces for our meal. When we called the “ manager “ his only solution was for me to drive there to pick up the sauces and he would replace the messed up sandwiches. Terrible all around. I once worked for and admired Arby’s, but no longer. What makes it worse is we decided on Arby’s after looking at several other establishments to feed our group of a nearly a dozen individuals. Terrible service, cold food, half an order of fries times etc.. Never again arbys.

Went through the drive through only vehicle in line, ordered my food paid at the window was told to pull forward and my food would come out because they had to drop fresh items for me I waited 30 mins and finally decided to go inside and ask as there were now other cars that had been served. They didn’t have my order and didn’t even remember me coming through. Got a refund but the entire staff was clueless to what happened to my order. I would suggest avoiding this one.
