Wendy's

I walked through the door to be greeted by a kind person who seemed really kind! I can't remember her name but it started with a D and she was working the front counter. Even though they had a slight rush, she was really kind and willing to chat with me which I found really awesome! I work at McD's right across and I understand the busy life, but they got me my food out quickly and I found my new store for breakfast!

The food at this place was stellar! I really appreciated the good supper my mom and I had here the night before my 25th birthday. The cashier and team members at this place were extremely friendly, and I appreciated their warm welcome to a couple of people from southern Wisconsin. Thank you Wendy's in Branson for a great dining experience!

Today at 8 o’clock we arrived at wendy’s drive thru and didn’t get out of there for 30 mins because two people kept coming over the headset. they barely filled out drinks, gave us the wrong sandwiches (2 dollar difference), didn’t get half of our order until we told them it was wrong, and we’re not polite AT ALL. update: there was also a hair in our fries….

Went here through the drive thru after closing at my work, which is actually right over on Branson Hills as well, and asked if I could please get all fresh fries and chicken and I didn't mind the wait for it, I was assured that "that'd be no problem" so waited almost 10 minutes and drove home, only to discover my spicy chicken sandwich wasn't super hot and definitely not fresh, but the fries and other items were made fresh, funny thing is they tried to convince me this was fresh and I've worked for Wendy's before as a cook and drive thru worker, so I most definitely can tell when it's fresh or when it's actually sat inside the holding drawer for awhile.

Only Changes is it gets Busier at Lunch and the one Girl is too Slow for Lunch ! Sorry ! But, when You have an hour to drive and eat Lunch , I don't want to Stand in line 4 people Deep and Wait 20-30 minutes to place and order to Eat inside! Mananger should put the Trays together, because she Will only take one order or stop stand around, then put another Order ! Most of the time When the Guy Takes orders it Tons Faster ! Just my opinion Today ! We Normally get their by 11 , not Noon !ine was out the door by the time we advanced one spot !
