Mcdonald's

I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe which has lettuce and a specific kind of sauce I like. It looks like they put some on there and scrapped it off? I don't like rating things badly, however, they keep messing up my order. The other one beside dollar general is the best one. They always get my order right.

I see a lot of negative reviews here. I guess it is a good thing I did not read them before I went or I probably would not have gone. But It was a spur of the moment decision to stop we had no problems. The food was good. Fresh and hot. We got good service and they were fast and efficient. We didn't buy drinks as we were tking the food with us to our motel so I cannot comment on the fountain drinks but there was nothing wrong with our food or the service we got. I would go back if I were in this area again. Update. I returned for breakfast again this morning. Breakfast was fresh and hot and again we had great service even though they were very very busy. I would stop here again anytime

We're leaving customer service me and my family went to this McDonald's and asked for a refund and all One of the employees could say is he was gonna kick us out and not give us a refund I recommend not going to this McDonald's. We sat there for almost 3 hours waiting for our food while everyone else got there some of their customers had the kiosk and we had a kiosk but we waited almost 3 hours for our food and that's when we went and asked for a refund because we had 2 kids with us we do not recommend ever going to the McDonald's and we will not be going back to this McDonald's either..

The absolute worst customer service ever. Manager was beyond rude. Pop machine was dispensing disgusting pop, they never mentioned it to any customer. They sure didn't mind you paying for the drinks. When another group asked her if they could fill up their drinks at the drive up, in hopes it would taste better, she said oh, because the drinks are gross? Yeah, I know, it won't be better back here but I guess I can try. It was in fact still gross. The cashier had no idea what she was doing. She was picking her nose while talking to us. We go to Branson often, will never come back. Disappointed to say the least.

I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS .... but I literally googled how to review this McDonald's location bcuz I am so unsatisfied.... I work in food service myself, so I am as sympathetic as they come for fast food employees. I ordered in the app. Waited at curbside pickup for 30 minutes, (people coming and leaving the drive thru). Finally get my food, and it's cold. The quarter pounder is DROWNING in ketchup, (I even took a picture it was so ridiculous) wich must be because it was a special order (((I work in food service, I know your tricks))) and the 30 cents we paid to add tomato got us ONE tiny end slice of tomato... MAYBE IT WAS JUST MY BAD LUCK??? If your reading this review, I would HIGHLY suggest you drive the few extra miles towards the landing and eat at the McDonald's on Main street.
