I just cannot believe how bad the $85 per person mother's day brunch was. I had 5 small half pieces of king crab legs (imported from Russia) that were cut in half and when I went back for seconds was told they were completely out. The manager stated that the chef could only order 60 total lbs. I would understand if I was gorging on them or something, but this is ridiculous. The prime rib tasted more like choice and was raw; it was bad, especially since they gave me a slice that was as thin as deli roast beef. Then they ran out of prime rib. The chef needs to be replaced as he or she is a pitiful excuse for a chef; he or she is giving this place a bad name. I came a few years ago and it was amazing! I made sure to tell everyone how amazing it was too. This is the most dissatisfied I've been with a restaurant in a long time. Terrible waste of money; I feel as though I was taken advantage of by scam artists! I will never be back and I plan to tell as many people as possible in every foodie group and in person I can to tell them not to waste their time and money to counter all the good reviews from before. 🤮
Update: We were offered a discount at the end which is why I raised the amount of stars from 1 to 2. The server was also terrific and we made sure to tip him on the full price.

This is a Top 3 for steaks I have had. I had the Wagyu, enjoyed mushrooms, Brussel sprouts and baked potato for sides, and finished up with Butter Cake. A dark and romantic vibe, perfect for a quiet dinner. The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The butter cake is such a treat!

Brittany was great as a server! I highly recommend the creme brulee cream corn as a side! The grilled asparagus was perfect. Filet was cooked to a nice medium rare and I loved getting to select the knife I wanted to use. And the 7 layer chocolate cake?? Get it to go! It's ginormous - and fabulous! Thanks for a great meal in Branson!

I’ve eaten at so many world renowned restaurants all over the country and I’ve never had the level of service Patty provided. Some folks in the service industry don’t understand that the customer doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Patty took care of us like we were family. Didn’t bug us. Knew the menu. Was very patient, caring, and kind. My girlfriend made the reservation for us and within the reservation she made it clear that it was date night, and it was over the top amazing how personal it was. Ribeye was cooked to perfection. The steakhouse soup was amazing. The service was next level and we will be back very soon! Thank you Patty!

Wanted to try somewhere we've never been before for our 12 year anniversary. Level 2 did NOT disappoint!! Fantastic food and excellent service from the Valet Attendant all the way through dinner service! Hubs has been wanting to try Wagu for some time now and finally did, excellent choice! Thanks for a great evening Level 2 Steakhouse!

The food was absolutely incredible. My husband and I shared the salmon and the filet. Both were out of this world delicious. The sides were so yummy. I especially loved the corn! The chairs were so comfortable, felt like I was sitting on a cloud. Atmosphere was so fancy and relaxing.
The bar was backed up so my mom was unable to get her cocktail so that was a bit disappointing. She said she was fine, but I think she was just being polite. Should’ve had a rush put on her drink.
My main complaint would be parking and finding the restaurant. We parked in the parking garage across the street. When we got into the hotel the man at the front said they would’ve parked it for us! There wasn’t any signs that I saw saying the restaurant was in the hotel. I would’ve preferred more obvious signage on the outside of the hotel.
Overall it was a great experience, now that we know what to expect our next visit will go much more smoothly. I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice meal while on vacation.

This is our second time in this amazing restaurant . The staff service is really professional. It as our anniversary dinner my husband and me spent a good tome here .
Our server was Jason, he was so attentive and explained all the time about the dishes we ordered . Even though he explained the knifes really well because I need to cut the steak .
We were a little indecisive on the first time and he was really patient . The place looks nice and the atmosphere was so romantic , the food couldn’t be better , Congratulations to the chef .

Service was absolutely terrible. Waited for 15 minutes to be seen by the front desk and seated. We had a female waiter that was rude and condescending when asked questions about the menu. She was dismissive and not attentive. The food was bland and cold. Apparently, flavor was not on their menu. We drove 5 hours to Branson. I made the reservation for a special birthday occasion and it was not addressed at all. They sat us at a random table and ignored our needs and requests throughout the entire night. We ended up asking for the check and leaving very early into the dinner. I would not recommend because for being a high end steakhouse they do not pride themselves on customer satisfaction and quality service. For these kind of prices, I was expecting a premium experience and to be treated with respect. The service would have been better down the road at a local McDonalds. Literally the worst dining experience I have had. Tread carefully.
