This dunkin used to be great but the workers in the morning are very careless. I don’t usually make reviews but I can’t stand this dunkin. They are very rude and when you remind them of the what you ordered they give you attitude. I come here every morning before work for the past year and a week has never went by where they haven’t messed up my order at least three times. Today is my last straw. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese…. seems easy right? Well I received a bagel with NOTHING on it. Dunkin needs to get better workers because based on other reviews and my experience? They are going down hill.

We waited for 15 minutes for our sandwiches , my peppermint mocha latte was anything but , and then when I was handed the bag of food items and was told I was all set , I took a second to review the label on the bag and the women Very rudely said “your all set keep it moving “ I will never go to this branch again .

Wow, this place has really tanked in the past month or so. Used to be the best DD in the area. Now it's the worst. No management at all. Store appears to be run by a bunch of kids who could care less about what they're doing.

As a regular, the staff here is so warm! Often times they greet me by name when I am picking up my mobile order and say "see you tomorrow!" - Great way to start the day!

The girls working at about 3:40 on 6/26/21 are very slow. They didn’t even give me my receipt. I’m pretty sure they charged me more and that’s why I didn’t get a receipt. They were acting rude.

I’m a daily Dunkiner so I know good Dunkin, and this by far is the best Dunkin in Branford. Friendly, funny staff that puts effort into your order.

I went there 4/1/21 at around 7am and the person on the speaker doesn’t even greet you. Just a monotone “can I help you” like you’re a bother even being there. They stand around with their arms crossed. I don’t know, they just have some of the worst customer service.

One of the longer drive-thru waits that I've experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. Have found going inside much quicker, staff attentive, sitting area and restroom clean.
