Dunkin'

Incredibly rude Staff, I have NEVER received such poor treatment at Dunkin before. The worker was unable to make my regular drink- which exists on their menu… and instead asked for a substitution. No problem here. Requested an alternative drink and was very rudely told that the machine was being cleaned and that they would NOT make the drink. I would avoid this location at night as they do not seem to care about you.

Workers are horrible. They didn’t listen to anything I said so when my food came out I didn’t know it was mine because I didn’t order what they gave me. I told them what I really ordered and they said I was wrong. I kept telling them that i ordered something else. Did they remake it? No. They walked away.

I waited in line 12 while the workers 3 of them were in the back. Well I was in line and older man stepped up so the counter behind me, the worker came out from the back and said to the sir your usual and he said no I need two of them today. I said well excuse me I was here first and she goes oh my manager who's putting in the drawer is going to take you so the manager put in the drawer and said I'm going to help the drive-thru they were here before you and walked away. My nephew just came home from the hospital I'm having seizures and he's blind three months old I was there to get donuts and cups of Joe for the whole family because everybody's going over there tonight and both people that worked with me at your store were beyond rude
