Constantly slow, no cordial treatment at all, no 'welcome', no 'thanks, come again', no hi or nothing, not even the word 'next' when I ordered, just a stare. Don't come to this bk if you're very hungry and in a rush, be ready to take your time as your order takes a long time to get to your hands. The food was good.

Food was good and quick but My order was incorrect, which was not a big deal. I went inside to return the incorrect items and the lady ASIA immediately rolled her eyes at me and asked me if I needed something. I explained that the order was wrong and she began to argue with me. WOW! I explained that I was very specific when I ordered a plain cheeseburger (meat and cheese only), please. She continued to have an attitude and say I didn't order that and continue to argue. The Assistant Managers ROBERT & RICHARD saw the incident and began to apologize to me and said they would correct the order. Robert and Richard were very kind and apologized for the terrible customer service from their coworker ASIA. I would definitely recommend customer service training for some of your employees. Great job to Richard and Robert for resolving the issue.

When someone orders delivery and specifies NO ketchup, you'd think the food would NOT have ketchup on it, right? Why should I have to wash my cheeseburger before I can eat it? And they don't correct their mistakes made on delivery orders unless you drive up to the restaurant. Because you ordered delivery because you WANT to drive up there, right? Ridiculous.
