For the price they charge, the food should be better. Jalapeno Chedder Bagel with egg and cheese was tasteless and luke warm. The coffee cups and lids are flimsy. Everytime I get coffee it is filled to the brim, murky, no stopper and it falls out in my car. I got to work, took off the lid and coffee spilled all over the place. Also, I was charged extra for Almond Milk. Wow. It will be a while before I visit any Einstein Bros. Bagels and I will never order coffee again.

Einstein Bros. Bagels has a lot more options here then just bagels 🥯. I love the creative ideas that they came up with to make Eating bagels feel like a new food. The bagels Burrito was fun treat that was tasty. If you love cream cheese you are in luck if you ask for it they really smother it all over the inside bagel. I am a cream cheese fan my self but I had to take some of it off because it was hard to taste the bagel with all that cream lol. They offer inside seating and a small out side sitting place to. You can use the drive through if you are on the go. The driver through was fast and our order was correct 👌. They were Patient with us as we looked at the menu. If was a good experiences. We will be coming here again.

Customer service was great.. I just tried the food here for the first time after living in the area for 22yrs (my whole life).. The bacon & cheddar smelled absolutely amazing but I do recommend if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy don’t try new food. The food just wasn’t good but I know it’s not them, it’s me hence why I’m giving 5 stars!

Awful food for the price. The card reader wasn't working which was frustrating, so I had to use cash. The place was smokey and the cold brew coffee was just this terrible artificial syrup mess. I ordered the nova lox. The bread was burned with little to no cream cheese. I left my food with the manager with no refund.

I ordered the new breakfast burrito which the wrap was very rubbery & chewy like it was microwaved so the manager was nice enough to replace it for me so I got the brisket & egg bagel which normally is awesome but this time the brisket was very dry (definitely not fresh brisket) and not up to pare compared to the freshness of the rest of the sandwich. Guess it just was not the day to go there two bad experiences same morning at 5:30 am right as they opened. I most likely will stick to the tampa locations. This was my first time at the brandon location and tampa has always been fresh.

My order was incorrect which isn't even the reason for this review - it's the long, brownish blonde hair that was embedded between the cream cheese and avocado on my lox bagel and draped across the salmon. Travis, the manager, was extremely apologetic and provided my correct order and a refund. He, however, kept saying, "I don't know where the hair came from because everyone has their hair up" - repeatedly. Then, when a young lady without a hat on and with her long blondish brown hair EVERYWHERE - came from around the corner, I said, " it could have come from her" - that wasn't acknowledged.
