Bad service at this Denny’s location on Brandon Blvd. We waited for 25 mins for our server and they never came to our table. One sever was working. So we walked out without being served- he passed by us numerous times will not be visiting again 👎🏻

Always consistent food can't think the chefs enough for listening to any odd or eccentric requests And consistently coming through on them flawlessly. Never had a bad waitress/waiter or Dining experience that the staff contributed to. Can't blame them for my chosen company though lol

Kitchen staff & management were arguing loud enough for customers to hear. Food was good & came out in a good time but if you don't want dinner & a show then keep going. If you don't mind hearing the employees argue about management then you're fine.

I am sitting here and have been for over an hour listening to the employees yell and swear at each other. Waiter hasn't even came over to ask what we want to drink. They are serving all the take out orders and I'm still sitting here waiting to even be asked what I want to drink. We come here a lot after working all day and night and usually get pretty good service but not today. We are about ready to walk out and haven't even gotten a drink or have a waiter come to our table. Need the ability to give negative stars for this place and this experience.
Finally ordered and got our food and it was very nasty. Made me sick. They didn't even give us a discount even though we waited almost an hour and a half.

Went in and got seated quickly and order was taken quickly. HOWEVER after receiving food I was not checked up on again. When I was seated there was a table of 6 leaving and one other table of two people seated. I ate my food and waited 30 minutes for my check. The staff said they were busy, but on the counter was a note from my “server” saying he went to break and he only had one table left which was me. The person that rang my order out was supposed to be the original server.
Edit: Visited about 2 weeks ago and the service was much better, the food was out quickly and the staff were attentive to all the customers. In and out no problem. (+2 stars)

They didn't have enough help. We waited 45 minutes. My food was warm and my coffee smelled like soap. The manager could have helped but locked his self in the office. The staff did the best they could. Don't have good luck at Denny's the one in Lakeland served cold food and had no heat in the winter. Not too good.

Can I give negative stars??? Waitress did the best she could. She had No help from anyone and was the only server. Dishwasher walked around yelling "I'm not doing everyone's job", manager couldn't keep the kitchen running. Food made wrong. Sat there almost 45 min before getting food. Chicken wings(boneless) were barely cooked. Husbands chicken sandwich tasted like it was soaked in grease.

We frequented this place quiet a few times and the food is always nice. I understand there is a shortage in labor and all. This last Saturday when we ordered take out they got a little rush wave, they took a little too long on the the order which I was patient with but when I got home I was offended by the amount of fries they put on two of our orders. If they didn't have enough fries, they shiuodve asked if we wanted something else instead . The picture will show how much fries. Whoever did thay, wouldn't be happy if someone did that to him. I would give more stars but I paid over 12 dollars for that meal.
