My daughter and I went through the Drive through to place our order. Upon doing so, one of the Drive threw Timmy's employees came out, **IMMEDIATELY,** To inform us that their headsets were not functioning properly.
So, the employee, 'Very Politely' asked us to place our order at the cashier window.
We were just getting one, Medium size French Vanilla Cappuccino, and one Large Peppermint Tea. (With 2 tea bags). The service was quick, friendly and the drinks were done perfectly!!
Thanks so much Tim Hortons, for the excellent service & making sure that their customers were treated with respect!! 👌💜❤️😊

They took the time to call me in regards to my Ubereats order. My tea choice was unavailable. Unfortunately I forgot my phone was on silent so I was unable to answer them. Thankfully they chose an option I would have chose as a replacement. This will really help my sore throat. Thank you

Come here for the drive thru in the morning and the service is quick fast and easy. They are definitely hard working students and I would say get my order right 90% of the time.

Good service day before yesterday night I came for a soup
Order was taken nicely and served very fast. Staff is very efficent and friendly. Leader whose name starts from S i dont remember the exact name made sure I was served in ceramic plates and bowl nicely. loved the experience. Our dinner was yummy.
Since we r newcomers here we liked the experience.

Went for my morning tea. Was actually greeted with a good morning, which is a nice way to start the day. Most of the time, you get greeted with a "your order," which I find is rude, but that's just me. Just a good morning or afternoon before you ask someone their order goes a long way. So thank you to the lady who took my order and said good morning. It was a great start to my morning, and everything starts from their.
