All the ladies are super polite and have excellent customer service. The location is super clean. It makes you want to dine in, that's how welcoming they make you feel. Perfect for families give it 5 stars. I wasnt the only customer who thought how great the service was.

This review is long overdue.
I came here maybe a month and a half ago, 10 mins to closing. The service which I received was consistent with all customers (phenomenal customer service). These guys served a couple customers after closing time as well. If they felt any annoyance it did not show on the faces of anyone of them, i know because i was watching them while eating my meal and wondering how most of the customer service teams would have expressed their emotions or full on told the customers that they are closed. Not these guys. I rate this team, Zyon, Tatiana, Marcella, Tristian and Savannah (manager), to have the best customer service in all of Brampton. Customer service in Brampton may not be hard to beat but these guys will blow your expectations out of this galaxy. Thank you again Zyon, Tatiana, Marcella, Tristian and Savannah for your guys genuine service and for being so humble. Wish you guys the best on your journeys, stay committed to yourselves, you guys are awesome! In my eyes you guys make this location of all and any fast food chains the absolute best one to visit.

Never ever have they disappointed us. Me and my uncle go in here all the time and place a big order in drive through and somehow they always get it right! Love their service :)

Experience was fine. Nothing exceptional. I've never gone when it's busy so service has always been acceptable. The staff on my most recent visit also had to deal with the vaccine passport requirement for dine-in patrons and they seemed to handle that fairly well. Also basic renovations seem to have been done since my last visit and the place has a modern feel to it.

I gotta remember for next time to speak louder. Grilled sound very different than crispy.
It was packed. They have 2 for $7. Original or veggie for a limited time only.

Pathetic food and Pathetic customer service. Staff is untrained completely. A staff member interrupted me during my meal 2 times. Even though I requested if she could wait. They didn't ask relevant questions before my order. Upon complaining to the manager, I was not given any apology instead I was told there no escalation procedure. The manager didn't even try to diffuse me.What a low level of customer service. Really feel sad for Harvey's as a company to hire/ franchise to people who don't care about the company name. Never going to return. It is 4.40pm on the 18th of Nov 2021.
