Dunkin'

Drive Thru Order Taker was very rude and kept rushing my order, telling me to drive up when I wasn’t finished ordering. Guy at the window, said the price and not a word after, zero customer service skills. I ordered food AND drinks. How do you forget to give me napkins AND straws? Make it make sense. I’ve worked for Dunkin’ before (not this location) & I know how a rush feels, I know how it feels to be understaffed during one, and never was I purposely an a*hole to customers even on my bad days, that’s what customer service is. Fake it till you make it. But really, disappointed.

I have had so many problems with one worker who constantly rude to me. Tall white girl always wearing a visor. She rolls her eyes and has an attitude every time i walk in. She purposely gets my order wrong all the time. Also didn't close my lid a few months ago burning my whole arm. She should not work here. i am calling corporate now because i had enough. and will no longer come to this location.
