^^^^^^^ PLEASE SEE UPDATED REVIEW ^^^^^^^^ 4/12/2022: This Starbucks use to be awesome. Now, it’s just terrible customer service and wrong orders. In the past 2 weeks ( I go every morning before work ) they have made my coffee wrong 6 times, one time I just left it because it looked strange. And this is mobile ordering. They do NOT honor the customizing of the coffee (I always get extra/extra of 2 ways for my coffee and they just don’t do it) And my bakery items, recently, cold. Not warmed. You can see how fast they are moving and I do not believe they are taking the time to read the tickets appropriately. Slow down! I want you to make my coffee right, if ur backed up then fine, but PLEASE, stop messing up my coffee!! I pay extra for it and I tip. So?? If you can find another one, do it. And when I told the alleged “manager” she had nothing to say. Not even sorry. Im spending like $8 on a coffee every day and no sorry?? Extremely poor management & lacking in customer service. It’s a pity. UPDATE 4/18/2022: So I spilled my whole order (2 coffees & sum eggies) all over the passenger side floor of my car. I was so bummed out bcuz of it & bcuz I was like already back to my office. I brought my order back and showed them & they just asked me to rip the tags off so they could make them again for me (I didn’t have to pay again which was cool cuz it came to $17 rounded up) And they have actually done that twice for me. A lot of places do that but they turned it out fast for a Monday morning which was really appreciated. So thank you.

I guess they just do what they want, when they want. Google says it opens at 5am today (time confirmed by Starbucks two weeks ago), their corporate website also says 5am today. I drive 15 minutes to there at 5:45am and the door is locked... and the three people milling about behind the counter don't acknowledge me until I get their attention, not to unlock the door, but to give a non-verbal "we're currently closed" signals.

They lost my second part of my mobile order and refused to do anything despite my multiple promptings then when they finally made my second drink 20 minutes after I received my first drink they did it wrong and missed the modifications! While watching I even saw an employee mix almond milk and oat milk and say oops-which can kill someone with an allergy. I will never be back to this location.

I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks location in Braintree and for awhile I would have nothing bad to say regarding this specific location. However, in recent weeks there’s been continuous issues that I’ve been running into at this store. As a previous coffee barista, I understand that being understaffed and having lots of coffee orders is harder than people think. However, It’s got to the point where I’ve ordered 5 different coffees that I have to leave at the counter because they’re never made in reasonable time. I’ve even started to order my coffee 30 minutes early... and today.. it still wasn’t ready.. even 40 minutes later. The worst part is when I decided to ask an employee if it was being made or if I should cancel it.. she was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Disappointed.

The best Starbucks order I recommend 5 shots over ice in a Trenta cup with five pumps of mocha order that once and you'll never want to order anything again besides that. You can also throw white mocha in there if that's your bag as well. I forgot to say that i usually throw in a couple sugars and a mix of half n half and milk. Don't consume it too fast either there is a lot of caffeine in there, unless you are use to it.
