Dunkin'

Very rude workers. I asked for cream, extra sugar and whip cream. Then I get to the window and I get to the window there’s no whip cream on my drink. I asked nicely if I could get some whip cream and I hear one of the workers yelling that I need to specify it next time. I had let the person know that yes I did in fact ask for whip cream because I always ask for whip cream and I never forget it I just a lot of times never get whipped cream. And then she begins to say oh I would be rich for every time someone said that they ordered something at the window. I understand if I didn’t order it at the window it’s a lot of work and I guess annoying for them but I did ask for it and I wasn’t rude about it at all. I didn’t find them very professionalThey were just completely rude to me or having a bad day so they took it out on me

Lazy and ignorant to customers. They always get my order wrong and cuss when they did their job wrong. They don't work well as a team. The MANAGER gives more aditude then the workers which makes a lazy team. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this is getting way out of hand. If this dunkin' wasn't in a convenient place for when I wait for my father's medical treatments, I wouldn't ever have gone back. Now I prefer to drive 20 min for some coffee.

Unbelievable! I have been a Dunkin Donuts fan from my days in Boston BUT... 2 large Carmel macchiatos with almond milk and 2 bacon egg croissants for $18.00? Yes, EIGHTEEN DOLLARS! Insult to injury they are now charging for the Carmel in the Carmel Macchiatos. I get it....gas is $4.13 but two coffees and croissant for the price of a full breakfast for two...REALLY? Dunkin you are not Starbucks and why would you want to be. This is just GOUGING!
