Panera Bread

This is a brand new store that opened up and it is very clean. The staff is nice. I have been in a couple times when in the area and there are many people in the restaurant working in their laptops or eating. It is a bright and sunny restaurant that was very nicely done. As soon as you walk in you get a warm welcome. Today i had my order taken by a lovely lady named Emily, she was very nice and listened to everything i said and double checked my order to see if it was right. I did have an issue thinking of something to eat but Emily shared options that were great and delicious. I had the stacked chicken and peperoni mozzarella melt and it was the best melt i had ever had at panera. This environment is amazing with lots of high spirits and energy. Thankyou to everyone at panera for the help and amazing service you truly couldnt get this anywhere else.

A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe. /Thomas Keller/ We got to this place after 8 pm, and it was a surprise for us the closing time is 10 pm, which is rear in nowadays. Imagine, you drive 4 hours, got to the hotel, and it is already 8 pm. So the place is not new. It looks like renovation is needed, but the serve is pretty quick and has plenty of drinks for kids. But... the food needs soul in it... you know what I mean... and it is expensive, I guess right now everything has become expensive. So I leave 4 stars for people who are working where, but they should add more patience into it.

I ordered the baja bowl with chicken, a half of a chicken salad sandwich and tomato cucumber basil salad. I had never had these items and felt lazy so I got them delivered. I was really surprised at how much food was in the bowl! It was heavy and packed serious flavor. The sandwich was delish as well. It had the perfect ratio of ingredients. The cucumber tomato salad was alright. Not too much flavor and too many tomatoes for my taste. It was pretty to look at though and I will say the fresh basil did taste good. Overall I am pleased :)
